The role:
You’ll be:
• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-planned lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students to stay engaged and complete their work
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
• Becoming part of a school community that values both staff and students
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with young people through education, coaching, youth work, tutoring, or similar settings
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading a classroom
• A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
