The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based activities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily routines, observations, and nursery activities
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Contribute positively to the nursery team and wider setting

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A caring, positive, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
