The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
- Help students develop confidence, resilience, and engagement
- Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEND staff
- Build positive relationships and become a trusted role model
