The Role

The school is seeking enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teachers to join its growing team. Opportunities are available across a range of curriculum pathways, including:

  • Pre-Formal

Successful candidates will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, supporting pupils with a diverse range of learning, communication, physical and health needs.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience working within SEND or specialist education settings
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and complex learning needs
  • Have knowledge of Autism, SLD and/or PMLD
  • Can adapt teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs
  • Are confident leading support staff and managing classroom teams effectively
  • Use a range of communication strategies to engage learners
  • Are reflective practitioners committed to ongoing professional development
  • Have a passion for inclusive education and preparing young people for adulthood
