This is a school that combines high expectations with a genuinely caring approach. Academic success is important here, but so is helping young people develop confidence, resilience and the skills they'll carry with them long after they leave the classroom. Staff are encouraged to bring their ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and play an active role in the wider life of the school.

Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that bring the subject to life
• Supporting students of all abilities to make strong progress
• Contributing positively to the wider school community
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour, engagement and achievement

What the school offers:

• A clear vision focused on both academic achievement and personal development
• A well-equipped Science department with supportive and experienced colleagues
• Strong leadership that values collaboration and professional trust
• A positive working environment where staff wellbeing matters
• Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your career

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds UK QTS
• Has strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management skills
• Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues alike
• Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Shares the school's values of respect, responsibility and resilience

Early Career Teachers are warmly encouraged to apply, as are experienced teachers looking for a supportive school where they can continue to thrive and develop.

If this sounds like the kind of school you'd like to be part of, we'd love to tell you more.

At Protocol Education, we’ll support you every step of the way, from your initial application through to your first day in school and beyond.
