An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to manager an exceptional care home based in the Aberdare area. As a Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special care home is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensure they meet the resident’s individual care and social needs. The home provides residents with a convenient home in the heart of the local community.
An ideal Home Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Commitment to delivering high quality care
· Previous managerial experience in an older peoples environment
· Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
· Fine tuned decision making skills
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
