An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Consultant Psychiatrist to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Arnold, Nottinghamshire area. As the Consultant Psychiatrist you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital provides acute adult mental health services, delivered in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust, at the purpose built facility in Arnold

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        They should be a good team player and be keen to participate in a transdisciplinary approach to assessment, formulation and management plans

·        The consultant agrees to hold and continue registration with the GMC including the relevant Specialist Register

·        The consultant will be expected to provide evidence of their registration, if requested, by the Hospital Director or Medical Director

·        Can work autonomously to agreed short and medium term objectives where professional advice will be immediately obvious

·        Able to understand the impact their actions will have on the care of the patient and the workings of the transdisciplinary team

The successful Consultant Psychiatrist will receive an excellent salary of £150,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must have a higher medical qualification (MRCPsych or equivalent) with full GMC registration
