

Nurse Night Co-ordinator
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Night Co-ordinator to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Attleborough, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This hospital is a large bedded mental health centre which provides care to adolescents and young adults, aged 12 upwards, who have complex needs, including acute mental illness and developmental disorders
As the Nurse Night Coordinator your key responsibilities include:
· Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services the Night Coordinator will work ensure the safe and appropriate management of the site throughout the night time delivery of care
· Responsible for overseeing the hospital at night
· Providing leadership and support to the ward based nursing teams, and clinical supervision as and when required
· Ensure that a high standard of patient care is provided and that the site complies with all quality standards and statutory requirements throughout the night shift
· You will be supported to achieve this by 24 hour medical and management on call
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Post registration experience ideally of working in more than one of the clinical areas provided at the hospital
· Experience of working as a Deputy Manager / senior nurse or equivalent role
· Good working knowledge of the Mental Health Act
· Ability to undertake physical requirements of PMVA
· Ability to be responsive and flexible
· Desirable Criteria
· Experience of working in Acute services
The successful Nurse Night Coordinator will receive an excellent salary from £43,571 up to £48,020 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 39.38 hours a week. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
