An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for committed Outpatient Physiotherapy Team Leader to work in an exceptional treatment centre based in the Banbury, Oxfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This special treatment centre is one of the largest providers of private healthcare in the country. The purpose built unit has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands

**To be considered for this position you must hold a HCPC registration and Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy** 

As the Outpatient Physiotherapy Team Leader your key duties include:

·        Lead the Outpatient Physiotherapy Team to plan and deliver the highest quality of physiotherapy services to patients and visitors

·        Support the Physiotherapy Manager in being responsible for the provision of outpatient physiotherapy services

·        Liaise closely with all other members of the multi-disciplinary team

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Experience as a Senior Physiotherapist within elective Orthopaedics

·        Ability to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to organise and prioritise

·        Excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct

·        Flexibility to work some weekends as part of our inpatient rota
