

Clinical Unit Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Barrhead, Glasgow area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This care home has been designed specifically to meet the needs of elderly residents across two sites both offering the level of care and support residents would expect
As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:
· Working with Residents’ and families to deliver high level person-centered care
· Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift, whilst providing the highest standard of hands-on care
· Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each Resident
· Maintaining a safe environment for staff, Residents, and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements whilst always maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· You must be have experience of leading a team of people and be able to evidence this
· You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
· You must have a good understanding of CQC and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
· Managed a Nursing Unit previously in a compliant home
The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of £31,168.80 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 36 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
