RGN Deputy Manager

A great position for a Registered Nurse Deputy Manager to join a respectable Care Home based in Kilburn.

The 50 bedded home provide high quality specialist support, general assistant with everyday living, dedicated residential and nursing care for those with dementia as well as respite care. The service users are people living with physical disabilities that are either residents stay long-term or short-term.

The successful Manager will receive a competitive salary of £15.50 per hour with great additional benefits.

The ideal candidate would be positive, supportive, and motivational and have a caring manner which will be followed by your team. You’ll be driven by the desire to improve and develop your own skills and those around you. As a Deputy Manager you will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness.

Our client is looking for someone with the following skills:

·         Experience of managing a home

·         Good clinical skills

·         Good with nursing

·         Dementia awareness

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered Nurse with similar experience.
