

Ward Manager
An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Ward Manager to join an exceptional care home service. As a Ward Manager you will be working for a company which is rated highly and has an excellent reputation in the Cheshire area.
The special care team offers all types of care, including residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, as well as residential dementia care where we support residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. They also provide nursing care to those who have complex medical needs, and nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.
As a Ward Manager your day to day duties include:
· Planning and co-ordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
· Rota management
· Quality improvement objectives
· Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and level 2 on-call rota requirements
· Undertaking direct patient care where necessary
· Ensuring the ward complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards
· Responsible for efficient and effective use of nursing resources

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £17.92 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £35,875.84. This exciting position is for 38.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN
