

Director of Clinical Services
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Director of Clinical Services to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Edgbaston, Birmingham area. As a Director of Clinical Services you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special hospital provides expert treatment for a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety and stress.
As the Director of Clinical Services your day to day duties include:
· Ensure that the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients
· You will play a significant role in developing and delivering the hospital’s strategic plan
· Provide strong operational and clinical leadership to the diverse team
· Work closely with local universities to develop the next generation of nurses
· Have a passion for engaging, retaining and developing our passionate nursing team through the company's career pathways
· Provides direct line management and supervision to the hospital’s ward managers, the MHA and Quality & Compliance team and the Workforce Coordinator
An ideal Director of Clinical Services must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· You will be a values-driven, passionate leader who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team
· A qualified nurse
· Experience of working within mental health
· You will have a proven track record of managing clinical teams and of budget and resource management
· You must also have a track record of working collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver clinical excellence, through providing high quality care and continuous improvement
· Possess excellent interpersonal and leaderships skills
· Be experienced in leading and engaging diverse teams
The successful Director of Clinical Services will receive an excellent annual salary of £50,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
