

Deputy Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Abertillery, Wales area. As a Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This service is recognised as a specialist facility for people with complex needs and has access to the company's own clinical specialist and senior team. This has enabled them to establish a successful supported-living scheme from the home
As a Deputy Manager key responsibilities include:
· You will provide effective leadership and direction to the team
· Support the Registered Service Manager in the clinical and operational management of the service to make a difference
· You will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team
· You will have an effective way of communicating with your team
· Act as a champion for everything that you do
An ideal Deputy Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Experience of managing a home
· Good clinical skills
· Good with nursing
· Good customer service care
· Leadership skills
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £32,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
