A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN, RMN or RNLD to join an exceptional care home service based in Boughton, Nottinghamshire. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special service is a care home designed for older people with dementia and complex health needs. The home provides a specialist nursing service for individuals and the dedicated team ensure they meet the resident’s care and social needs.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively

·         Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same

·         Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs

·         Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees

·         Understand the key targets of your host home and support the Home Manager in their achievement by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

·         Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

·         Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector

·         Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £17.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £40,040. This exciting position is for 44 hours a week on Night Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
