

Nurse
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join an exceptional hospital service based in the Birmingham area. As a Nurse you will be working with one of UK's leading health care providers.
This is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
· You will be responsible for the care of service users
· You will be at the forefront of providing a first class service where You make a difference to everyone you support
· Undertaking and managing direct patient care
· Having participated fully in the assessment
· Planning and evaluation of medical, physical and social care needs
· Supportive and passionate about patient safety
· Clinical excellence and person-centred care
· Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team to meet the individual nursing and residential care needs of residents
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Hold a current NMC pin number and be RGN/RMN qualified
· Have excellent organisation skills
· Leadership skills
· Hold a strong work ethic
· Be able to provide a high quality of care
· Administer medication safely
· Create and update individualised care plans and documentation
· Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
· Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £28,314. This exciting position is for 33 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
