An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Orthopaedic Team Leader to work in an exceptional clinic based in the Bingley, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This clinic provides treatments such as knee cartilage surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair

 

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN or ODP with a valid NMC/HCPC Pin**

 

As the Orthopaedic Team Leader your responsibilities include:

·         You will be required to provide scrub support to surgeons for a variety of orthopaedic surgeries

·         You will also be required to train other members of the team in scrub procedures

·         Managing the team and providing support where required

·         You will be liaising with theatre stores teams regarding stock levels

·         You will be promoting best practise and contributing towards quality improvement within the department

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Excellent orthopaedic scrub experience

·         Leadership experience

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

·         Promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements within the theatre department to ensure excellent and safe patient outcomes

·         Experience managing loan equipment and stock management

 

The successful Orthopaedic Team Leader will receive an excellent salary up to £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
