An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Keighley, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This hospital provides a safe and supportive environment for both men and women with complex mental health issues, including our specialist nine bed dementia service

 

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin**

 

As a Nurse your key duties include:

·         Providing a high standard of care to people with mental health conditions

·         Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement

·         Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice

·         Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress

·         At a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Strong team-working skills

·         A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

·         A commitment to high-quality care, values and evidence-based practice

·         A “lead by example” approach to promote strong care values across the hospital

·         A true passion to work in mental health and dementia care

 

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £30,744 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
