• Helping pupils regulate emotions and routines
• Using visual aids, sensory tools or creative methods
• Supporting communication and confidence
• Working closely with teachers and therapists
• Celebrating every victory, big or small

 Who we’re looking for

• Someone patient, positive and ready to learn
• Experience with SEN or children is helpful but not essential
• A calm approach to behaviour and emotional support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who can be consistent, compassionate and reliable
• A real interest in helping children feel seen, supported and safe

What Bristol SEN schools offer

• Warm, nurturing, trauma-informed environments
• Supportive staff teams who’ve got your back
• Clear routines and personalised approaches
• Ongoing CPD, including behaviour support training
• Opportunities to grow into long-term roles

 What Protocol Education offers you

• FREE specialist training including Team Teach and Thrive
• A supportive, local consultant who understands SEN
• Roles in fantastic schools across Bristol and surrounding areas
• A £50 referral bonus when you recommend a friend
