New job opening for a Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading care providers.

The care home is around 40 bed home for both older nursing and young physically disabled care situated in Yatton, Bristol. We have a team of trained nurses and care assistants providing personalised individual care to meet a range of needs.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £14.35 - £15.35 per hour plus other great benefits.

As a staff nurse you will prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures; To lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of our residents is as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

Key Skills and Behaviours – (Essential)

1. The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

2. Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

3. Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role

4. Respectful of the values, views and needs of others

5. Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

To be considered for this you must have few months experience as nurse.
