

Deputy Manager
An excellent job opportunity has just arisen for a motivated Deputy Manager to work with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. As a deputy manager you will be working in a highly reputable service within the Burnham-On-Sea area.
This special home provides a range of care tailored to the individual needs of their residents. The care homes newly refurbished second floor offers luxury residential care; rooms have en-suite walk-in showers and roof-top views. The ground and first floors offer residential, nursing and specialist dementia care.
As a Deputy Manager your day to day duties include;
• Show leadership qualities and lead by example
• Have excellent clinical skills
• Be hard working and willing to go the extra mile for our patients
• Show empathy and warmth to patients
• You should have good Dementia care experience
• Able to write and audit care plans
• Assist in assessments
• Experience in managing staff and ensuring the service runs smoothly
An ideal deputy manager must have these skills as they are beneficial to this position:
- Experience in a senior position within a domiciliary care and Care home service
- You must also have ability to communicate and engage effectively with the service users, families and colleagues.
- You should have good interpersonal and working relationship skills and a good understanding of the disabilities, health and social care needs of service users.
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £18.00 and the annual salary for this position is £37,440. This exciting position is for 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
