

Deputy Nursing Home Manager
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home service based in the Burnham-on-Sea area. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special care home provides high-quality care for those with nursing, dementia and residential needs. The home also provides convalescence, palliative and respite care, as well as a day care service to the local community.
As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager your day to day duties include;
- Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered within the home
- Supporting the Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives
- You will also need to arrange staff duty rotas
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times
- Monitoring resident wellbeing
- Care plans, needs and records
- Be a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing
- Ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are promptly investigated and dealt with appropriately
An ideal Deputy Nursing Home Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

- Have an NMC Pin
- Have at least 3 years’ similar experience in providing management within a care setting
The successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £39,520.
