

Outpatients Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Outpatients Manager to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Chelmsford, Essex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This hospital provides a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery, and Paediatrics. They are continually introducing new technology to ensure they provide the best experience for patients and support for their hard working teams and have just opened 2 additional purpose built theatres
As the Outpatients Manager your key responsibilities include:
· You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services within Outpatients, Pre-Assessment and Pathology and will take ownership in managing the operational running of the department
· You will be responsible for managing all scheduling for staff rotas and clinics
· Ensuring the patient journey is of high quality from beginning to end, you will work closely with our specialist consultants to maintain engagement and services in the department
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Proven ability to work effectively leads and develops a team

· A warm, considerate and empathetic character
· Immediate Life Support
· ALERT
· ENB 998 or equivalent
· Significant exposure in a senior role to external stakeholders such as Consultants, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, patients and suppliers
· Independent sector experience – Desirable
· Advanced Life Support – Desirable
The successful Outpatients Manager will receive an excellent salary from £40,000 up to £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
