Outstanding opening for a Ward Manager to join a Acute Psychiatric Hospital based in Essex. The service specialises in the treatment and management of patients with mental health problems for both adults and adolescents.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum with great additional benefits.

It is a private hospital that incorporates a Grade 2 listed building that has been extensively restored with a 12 bedded Acute Service ward that the role is focused on.

 To be considered for this role you must be a forward-thinking manager, who will lead staff by example. Good communication skills, flexibility and a team approach to ward working are essential qualities.

Applicants must also have a proven track record of effective nurse leadership and also have a minimum of 3 years senior nurse experience.
