We currently have a fantastic new job opportunity for a RGN or RMN Unit Manager to work in an EMI Unit. The experienced unit manager will be working within a home which is highly dedicated in providing the highest standards of care to all residents within their care.

The specialist mental health nursing home is for people with complex care needs, people with dementia, Huntington’s disease etc.  The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of £14.62 per hour and will be working 35 hours with 7 hours super numery and you will also benefit from paid breaks, paid hand over’s, staff parking and paid meals (for long shifts).

You will have the following skills for this role:

·         Excellent Nursing Experience

·         Good Leadership Skills

·          Ability to work under pressure

·         Good EMI Experience

·         Excellent organisational Skills

·         Good Clinical Skills

You must be qualified as a RGN or RMN Nurse with EMI Experience and  have Managerial Experience.
