An amazing job has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Home Manager you will be working in a highly reputable service within the Clydebank area.
This special care home is made up of five houses, each specialising in a different kind of care. A couple houses offer expert nursing care and the other few of the house offer services such as dementia care or residential facilities.
An ideal Home Manager should be a hardworking, confident individual and must be able to meet the following skills and requirements as they are beneficial for this post:
· You must be a Registered Nurse with an up to date PIN-Experience in a Nursing and Residential Home is essential
· Passionate about Dementia care.
· Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CI requirements
· Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
· Experience of managing and working towards budgets
· Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
· Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
