The Service high quality, long term residential care for older people. It provides a full range of care options – respite, palliative, convalescence, nursing and dementia care as well as care for those living with Parkinson's.

The right candidate will have the following skills to be considered for this role:

·         Provide both residential and nursing care to older people who have dementia.

·         Dementia experience

·         Able to write care plans

·         Assist in assessments

·         Excellent Clinical skills

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times.  .

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Nurse either RGN OR RMN .
