Clinical Lead – RMN

An Opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead (Qualified Nurse) to join a respectable Nursing Home which is located in Derby.

The 30 bedded home provides residential, nursing and physical disabilities care for users that are living with mental health complications i.e. dementia, physical disabilities. The home itself is a modern facility with a homely and comfortable environment.

The successful nurse will receive a competitive salary of £17.00 per hour with great additional benefits.

As a Clinical Lead you will be expected to:

• Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary
• Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality
• Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Contain a passion for nursing and strive to deliver high quality care.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in a similar setting.
