Deputy Manager – RGN or RMN

New fantastic opportunity open for a Deputy Manager- RGN or RMN Nurse to join Care Home that is based in Derby.

The House provides nursing, residential and respite care for up to 35 people over the age of 65. They support people with varied needs including Parkinson’s disease, strokes and mobility problems.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £15 per hour plus other great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for the residents on a daily basis undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary
• Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality
• Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes
• Contribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research based practice, with a view to meeting PREPP requirement
