An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Director of Clinical Services to join an exceptional hospital service based in Dewsbury. As a Director you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

The hospital provides a specialist inpatient service for adults and older age males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, who may also have an undiagnosed memory related illness. They also provide a specialist neurocognitive/dementia care service for males presenting with very agitated or aggressive behaviour.

An ideal Director of Clinical Services must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council registered)

·         Ability to harness the commitment and potential of others

·         A hands on manager, motivated with a strong “can do” attitude

·         Forward thinking and able to challenge the status quo

·         A role model & mentor to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice
