

Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Psychologist position within a rehabilitation and recovery service for women with mental health needs, personality disorder or mild learning disability with who may have a history of challenging behaviours, risks of self-harm, substance misuse problems or a history of trauma.
The service is well placed to serve the south east of England and provides for the needs of women who have complex mental health problems and a history of challenging behavior.
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with an evidenced track record for Quality and Innovation.
The post holder will deliver appropriate and relevant treatments and interventions through group and individual work within the given field of therapy, in order to promote and develop the mental, emotional, physical and social well-being of clients; liaising with family and carers where necessary.
Essential:-
- Registration with professional body
- Excellent team working ethics
- Management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven Administrative skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Computer Literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A flexible, motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Customer and Patient focused
- Experience of working within an office environment
