Night RN Clinical Lead

A great position has opened for a Clinical Lead to join a highly reputable Nursing Home that is located within Droitwich.

The home specialises in providing residential and nursing care for elderly people with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. The service offers the highest level of standard of care within the home that is surrounded by wooded areas and landscaped gardens.

If you are successful for this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour with great additional benefits.

We are looking for an individual that is confident enough to make autonomous decisions while also collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. A strong work ethic as well as a caring and professional approach towards your work is something that is crucial for the role.

You will be expected to have the following:

·         A current NMC Pin

·         Caring and compassionate

·         Have an excellent clinical track record

·         Posses excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills

·         Be flexible, professional and committed to delivering the best quality care

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and experience within a senior role.
