An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Netherton, Dudley area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This beautiful care home provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, convalescence and Dementia nursing

**To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care

·         Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff

·         Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services

·         Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         You must have previous experience in a nursing management role

·         You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results

·         You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £45,858 per year. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
