

Deputy Manager
An excellent job has arisen for a Deputy Manager to work with one of UK's leading health care home providers. As Manager you will work in a care home based in the Edinburgh area.
The specialist Care team offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, whom may also have other long-term medical conditions.
As a deputy manager, your day to day duties will include:
· Playing an important in developing and implementing evidence based care packages, therapeutic interventions, and individualised activity programmes
· Leading and supervising the support and nursing teams to deliver the high quality of person centred acre using clinical governance and their own personal development
· Becoming familiar in areas concerning sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring
· Provide appropriate levels of care and support to ensure that personal hygiene needs are met (washing, dressing, bathing, using the toilet)
· Assist those who have mobility or continence needs, using the appropriate aids and equipment

· Deputy Managers are critical to the continued success of the business, working across all aspects of care; the role gives a great opportunity to take managerial and leadership responsibilities whilst continuing to deliver clinical care.
The successful Manager will be offered an excellent salary of £17.76 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £31,168.80. This exciting position is for 33.75 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
