

Deputy Ward Manager
We are currently recruiting for Deputy Ward managers to join our nursing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Ward Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with company.
The service provides a full care pathway from medium secure, low secure to a locked rehabilitation wing. The full multidisciplinary team works with men who have a diagnosis of mental disorder and associated challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £32,000 per annum plus other great benefits.

• Extensive clinical and management experience

You must be Registered Nurse and have experience in senior role
