We are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking secondary school in Enfield that is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons for Key Stages 4–5

• Supporting every student to reach their full potential academically and personally

• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation

• Encouraging student growth across academic, creative, sporting, cultural, and personal areas

• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement

• Contributing to the wider life of the school and its extra-curricular opportunities

You’ll need:

• Experience teaching Business at KS4–5

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Business education

• Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment

• Commitment to continuous improvement and creativity in teaching

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
