An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Erdington, Birmingham area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is a medium size home housing adult over the age of 65 those who are living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Knowledge of CQC standards & Regulations

·         Strong background working within a care environment

·         Proven Management experience with positive outcomes

·         Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player

·         Good leadership qualities

·         Able to demonstrate experience with leading an improvement plan

·         Effective communication skills both written and orally

·         Familiarity with use of a computer for word processing & email

·         A passion for providing quality care and support

·         A flexible approach towards work

·         Understanding of how the care business works

·         Able to demonstrate some business acumen

·         Able to deal with a crisis effectively

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary from £28,000 up to £33,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
