Our client is one of UK's leading healthcare providers and they are currently seeking for a dedicated GP Clinical Lead. You will be working in an exceptional health centre within the Southend-on-Sea, Essex area

 

This service is committed to providing patients with a full general practice service and access to a range of health professionals. They offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries

 

**You will be GMC registered and on the performers list with a clinical background in Primary Care**

 

As the GP Clinical Lead your key responsibilities include:

·         Consultations and perform health screens with our patients within our private clinic, providing the highest level of patient care

·         Providing local leadership and supporting colleagues

·         Open complaints and incident management

·         Practice action log

·         Stakeholder management with peers

·         Practice risk register

·         Overlook peer review and supervision

·         Auditing

·         Management of practice KPI’s including QOF

·         Engagement with the PCN and addressing actions or objectives outlined in these meetings

·         Reviewing employee head count within service

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Strong clinical background working in Primary Care

·         Be able to demonstrate an understanding of how working in Primary Care setting differs from hospital and can diagnose and assess the healthcare needs of patients

·         You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel
