We’re currently looking to recruit a motivated Registered  Nurse to join our team. You will be communicating and engaging with our residents throughout your shift so it’s important you have the skills to understand the needs of older people.

The prestigious home consists of 47 beds and care for people with Acquired brain injury, dementia and physical difficulties.

You’ll be leading a team of care staff on a daily basis, as well as being involved in their development and ensuring that their passion for delivering excellent care is continually developed. You will need effective methods for communicating with your team, and above all, you will be expected to act as a champion for everything that you do.

 A valid NMC Pin Number along with the ability to write and implement a detailed, person centred care plan is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be very confident and hardworking and will have the following skills which are essential for this role:

·         Good Nursing Experience

·         Excellent Clinical Skills

·         Able to write Care Plans

·         Able to show Empathy and warmth

·         Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.

As the role involves working with vulnerable people, including delivering personal care of an Intimate nature, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including referencing and criminal record checks.
