

Deputy Manager
An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home setting based in the Epsom area. As a Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
The care home is committed to providing residents with high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care. The home is well established with a 20-year track record in the local community.
As a Deputy Manager your responsibilities include :
- Assessing clients to ensure all needs are met and subsequently to monitor the planning, delivery and on-going evaluation of care
- Medication management to comply with company policies on ordering, administration, storage and destruction of medications.
- Conducting clinical audits and overseeing RN’s to ensure person centred Care Plans are reviewed and updated as per company policy.
- Continually assessing and supervising the work of staff to ensure consistently high standards and the efficient running of the Care Home
- Ensuring that the day to day care provision is delivered in accordance with CQC standards, Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Management of staff rotas, sickness / absence in accordance with company’s policy

· Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong “can do” attitude
· NMC Registered
· Extensive clinical and management experience
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary for £48,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
