Protocol Education is working with a welcoming Primary School in Gateshead to recruit a KS1 Teacher for a long-term role. This is a school where children are nurtured as individuals and supported to build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The role will include:

• Teaching a KS1 class with a calm, consistent and nurturing approach

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity

• Creating a safe, inclusive classroom where children feel valued

• Supporting pupils’ emotional and academic development

• Promoting positive behaviour through kindness and clear routines

We’re looking for:

• UK QTS

• Experience working with SEND pupils

• A nurturing, consistent teaching approach

• Commitment to inclusive education
