Protocol Education works with Primary Schools across Gateshead, placing Early Career Teachers into full-time KS2 roles where support, structure and consistency really matter.

The role will involve:

• Teaching a KS2 class full-time

• Delivering clear, well-structured lessons

• Supporting pupils to build confidence and independence

• Establishing calm routines and expectations

• Working alongside supportive staff and mentors

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an ECT or soon-to-qualify teacher

• Holds UK QTS (or pending)

• Has experience working with children

• Is keen to learn, reflect and grow

• Has the right to work in the UK

• Holds a DBS, or is happy to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
