A full-time KS2 supply role could be a brilliant next step.

Protocol Education works with Primary Schools across Gateshead, supporting them with long-term and full-time KS2 cover. These roles offer consistency, routine and the chance to really get to know a class, without the pressure of a permanent contract.

The role will involve:

  • Teaching KS2 classes on a full-time basis

  • Delivering clear, engaging lessons across the curriculum

  • Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence

  • Creating a calm, structured classroom environment

  • Working closely with staff to support continuity of learning

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children

  • Holds UK QTS or equivalent

  • Brings a patient, organised approach to the classroom

  • Enjoys consistent, full-time teaching

  • Has the right to work in the UK

  • Holds a DBS, or is happy to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
