Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored learning for pupils with additional needs

• Creating a calm and inclusive classroom environment

• Supporting pupils’ communication, independence and emotional regulation

• Collaborating with TAs, SENCOs and external professionals

• Monitoring progress and celebrating small wins

We’re looking for:

• UK QTS

• Experience working with SEND pupils

• A nurturing, consistent teaching approach

• Commitment to inclusive education
