The role involves:

• Teaching pupils with additional needs in a structured, supportive setting

• Differentiating learning to meet individual abilities and needs

• Supporting behaviour positively, with consistency and care

• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

You’ll need:

• UK QTS or equivalent

• Experience in SEN or SEND settings

• A calm, resilient and compassionate approach

• Strong communication skills
