New job opening for a experienced Registered Nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare provider.  As a staff nurse you will be working in highly reputable service within the Glenrothes

The home is a modern purpose-built home, which offers residential, nursing, residential dementia and nursing dementia care. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £13.43 per hour plus other great benefit.

 In order to succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills which are an essential part of this role:

• Good Clinical Skills
• Excellent Nursing Skills
• Able to show empathy and warmth
• Able to write Care Plans and observations.
• Able to use own initiative
• Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
