An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Operations Manager to work with one of UK's leading health care providers. As an Operations Manager you will be offering services in the South (Gloucester, Shropshire and Bath)

This is a senior operational leadership role that carries delegated authority and accountability for the operational management and performance of a designated portfolio of a strategic business area.  You will need to demonstrate the ability to marry the values of delivering a person-centered service, with the business driver of maintaining a commercial enterprise.

An ideal Operations Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         You’ll need to demonstrate measurable successes either in your current or previous roles

·         Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of services in the social care sector and have excellent experience within the Learning Disability/Complex Needs field. An appropriate professional qualification would be advantageous

·         You’ll have strong leadership, manager and coaching skills as well as interpersonal, communication and networking skills

·         Being pro-active, responsive, organised, able to over deliver and be a professional role model for your team

·         Committed to giving the people you work for the respect, the choice, and the future they deserve

 

The successful Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time position on Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
