We have an exciting opportunity for a RMN Senior Practitioner to join our team where you will assist in the management of our Mental Health Specialist Services with a particular emphasis on care, therapy and treatment programmes. Responsible to Clinical and Operational Manager Key Responsibilities As the Senior Practitioner, you will provide appropriate advice and support to the multi-disciplinary team, whilst operating within clear policies and procedures. 

The is a residential service for children and young people aged 15-23 years who are living with complex, severe and enduring eating disorders. 

You will be paid a competitive salary of £27,000-£34,500per annum plus other great benefits.

You will also assist the manager in the general day-to-day management of the home; undertaking specific managerial responsibilities and projects under the direction of the home manager. To act up in the absence of the home manager. Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Previous experience in the Mental Health sector, preferably with young people 
• Experience and knowledge of working with young people who suffer from eating disorders and associated difficulties 
• Experience of supervising and leading teams 
• A commitment to professional development 
• Counselling and / or listening skills 

Qualifications • Professional Qualification e.g RMN or Children’s Social Worker Additional Information The hours for this role are 9-5 Monday –Thursday and 9-4 Friday. Part time hours worked across 3 days will be considered.
