An amazing job opportunity has just been opened for a committed Ward Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. As a ward manager you will be working in highly reputable service within the Groveland's area.

This special hospital is one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment of a wide range of mental health difficulties  including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD).  The team of professionals have worked tirelessly to establish their excellent reputation as a specialist provider of mental health care and treatment, and they are able to provide expert treatment to adults and young people between the ages of 12 and 18.

As a Ward Manager your day to day duties include:

·         Planning and co-ordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment

·         Rota management

·         Quality improvement objectives

·         Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and level 2 on-call rota requirements

·         Undertaking direct patient care where necessary

·         Ensuring the ward complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards

·         Responsible for efficient and effective use of nursing resources

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
