An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN to work in an exceptional care home based in the Claremount, Halifax area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a newly refurbished, purpose-built care home which supports people with physical needs who require assistance and care. The homely and comfortable environment enables to provide person-centred care tailored to the needs of residents

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN with a valid NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

·         Administer medication safely

·         Create and update individualised care plans and documentation

·         Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents

·         Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential

·         Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·         Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·         Excellent organisation & leadership skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

·         Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £38,896 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
